Add On Products  

CYMA State Payroll Forms - Automatically fill state payroll forms like new hire, withholding, and unemployment directly from CYMA^IV.  The completed forms can be eFiled or printed to plain paper.

CYMA Managed Backup - CYMA Managed Backup is a service that offers a convenient, automatic backup of your CYMA data without backup tapes. Integrated with CYMA^IV Version 7.0, CYMA Managed Backup allows you to schedule automatic backups at anytime you choose. And since your backup data is maintained in a secure offsite location, you can be sure your CYMA data is protected from unforeseen circumstances. Click here for more information .  

MICR Check Package - Checks can be printed to plain paper stock and include the MICR routing line.  Additional fields are populated directly from CYMA including name, date, payee, company, etc.     

Third Party Products

Crystal Reports - All standard system reports and custom forms are designed and written using Crystal Reports. Standard reports can be modified and new reports created by purchasing the optional Crystal Reports module.

F9 - Extensive and creative financial statements can be generated using the F9 Financial Report Writer, which creates a dynamic "hotlink" between the CYMA^IV General Ledger and leading spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel.

Consulting -  The CYMA Professional Services Group is a consulting team that can help you solve your toughest software issues, any time, any place. Many customers have asked us to provide consulting services for configuration, software, financial statements, installation, third party integration, reporting and other issues. The Professional Services Group is available to provide on-site consulting services for virtually any accounting software challenge. 

Technical Support -  Technical Support is available in both per-incident and unlimited support packages. 

Online Training -  CYMA presents training classes via the Internet through our CYMA Virtual Classroom.  Now you can attend classes at convenient times for you, on a wide variety of CYMA subjects without incurring expensive travel costs .  Class instructors are CYMA certified professionals and will include real life examples and exercises. 

Software Maintenance Plan -  The CYMA Software Maintenance Plan provides CYMA customers with continuing product updates. Enrolled customers automatically receive, or receive access to, all released product updates, upgrades, service packs and payroll updates for a period of one year.

GL Restructuring Service - Have you ever thought about changing your GL structure? Maybe you need to lengthen a segment, or add a segment altogether. Maybe your parent company wants you to use their GL account numbering system. Or maybe you just want to simplify your present scheme.
